    Mr. Audibert has more than 15 years’ experience in environmental due diligence project management, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Environmental Transaction Screens (ETS)I, and Phase II (subsurface investigation) oversight. With an education background in business management and public administration, Mr. Audibert has brought this educational background into the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) industry, particularly the environmental due diligence field. Mr. Audibert is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP). As part of a Phase I ESA, Mr. Audibert has experience in asbestos assessment and sampling, led-based-paint (LBP) assessment and sampling, radon testing, lead-in-water sampling, and mold surveying/testing. Mr. Audibert has also taught small panels of real estate professionals about environmental due diligence and what it means for them.
