Mr. Yash Palawat is a licensed engineer and has over nine years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as an MEP engineer, designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. He has worked on the designs of numerous commercial and residential properties and is familiar with various Building Codes and standards.

Mr. Palawat collaborated with architects, structural and civil engineers, and contractors to design and construct buildings. He oversaw the progress of prominent projects from concept stage to close-out. He created system blueprints, calculated equipment sizes, and drew riser diagrams for bidding and construction. He designed complex domestic water, storm, sanitary, and fire protection systems.

Mr. Palawat is also experienced in dealing with many different stakeholders. He can explain advanced engineering concepts to technical and non-technical parties. His knowledge of the building design and construction industry is an asset in the forensic engineering field.
