Mr. Presson has over 13 years of experience in Forensic Investigation, Civil Engineering Design, Land Development and Project Management. He currently serves as a Civil/Structural Engineer. He conducts forensic engineering investigations including roof inspections; structural damage analysis; evaluation of design and construction of commercial, industrial, and residential structures. Mr. Presson also performs geotechnical investigations including slope stability, settlement analysis, and subsurface investigation. Mr. Presson is a Certified Commercial roofing inspector.

•         Measuring roofs using aerial photography and Computer Aided Drafting software
•         Commercial and residential roof inspections
•         Phase II and III design which includes the design of roadways, utilities, storm water and erosion control design; construction administration and field engineering
