Mr. Bombard is a Senior Fire Investigator, having retired from the Massachusetts State Police as a Detective Lieutenant.  Mr. Bombard has over 28 years of combined law enforcement experience with the State Police and Worcester Police Department.  He served for 16 years as a Fire Investigator and Supervisor assigned to the Massachusetts State Fire Marshal’s Office.  He handled two Accelerant Detective Canines over the course of 12 years, supervised the canine program and teams of investigators.  Mr. Bombard has investigated over 900 fires, including over 50 fatal fire scenes and numerous large losses.  He is a Certified Fire Investigator through the IAAI since 2003.
