Mr. Luell has more than 45 years’ experience in the fire and investigative fields. He retired after 32 years as a special agent with the Wisconsin Department of Justice,             Division of Criminal Investigation: His duties included working independently with local law enforcement and other professionals while investigating crimes of a state-wide nature and importance. Total investigative experience included responding to scenes, evaluating, managing, processing, collecting packaging and recording evidence. Including documenting, storing and preserving evidence. Evaluating scenes to determine what happened. Setting out leads and conducting follow up investigations, including interviews, surveillance, taking written  and recorded statements and confessions and courtroom testimony.
