Mr. McCarter is a senior project manager with nearly 35 years of experience in the environmental and industrial hygiene consulting field. He specializes in technical consulting for asbestos, lead paint, PCB’s and other hazardous building materials.  He also provides expertise in mold moisture assessments/remediation, indoor air quality and industrial hygiene    Mike is a licensed asbestos inspector, designer and management planner with extensive experience managing pre-demolition/renovation hazardous materials surveys, designing abatement specifications, overseeing large-scale abatement projects and providing regulatory consulting services. He serves a wide variety of private and public clients throughout New England including architects, engineers, universities, schools K-12, hospitals, government/municipalities, property managers and real estate developers, and others to ensure that environmental concerns are identified and properly managed.
