Kevin is a licensed Civil Engineer who brings more than 17 years of experience in project management, design, construction, building inspections, and forensic engineering.  Kevin has direct field experience in both commercial and residential construction, including work on military/government facilities, corporate/retail spaces, dining facilities, higher education, pharmaceutical and manufacturing facilities, multi-family complexes, residential properties, and many others. He has extensive experience in fire and water assessments, roof damage from hail and wind, natural disasters, building defects, moisture intrusion, and collapses.  His expertise and broad industry knowledge provides him advanced insight into investigating property losses and evaluating building conditions.  He also brings extensive experience in construction contract administration, creating and reviewing budgets, and is an expert in CPM project scheduling for large projects.
