Mr. Gagaris has over 40 years of experience in a wide variety of engineering projects including forensic investigations, failure cause and origin investigations, building condition assessments, community public works infrastructure, gas and oil infrastructure, geotechnical investigations, hydrological flood-wave studies, transportation infrastructure assessments including bridges, roads, tunnels, etc., and wind-wave damage determination. He has led multiple construction defect and structural failure investigations as well as forensic teams for investigations of industrial fires and explosions. Mr. Gagaris has extensive experience working overseas for governmental organizations including assignments in the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, and South America. Mr. Gagaris has served as lead manager and inspector for multiple large catastrophic (CAT) event assignments as well as unique, complex losses, and he has provided expert opinions and testimony.
