Frank Pace is a retired police officer from Gloucester Township Police Department in Camden County, New Jersey. Frank retired as a Sergeant of Police with over 25 years of law enforcement experience.
During his tenure as a police officer, Frank served in the Patrol Division for nine years, the Traffic Safety Unit for eight years until he was promoted in December of 2016. While assigned to the Traffic Safety Unit, Frank was appointed as the team leader for the department’s Serious Crash Investigation Team. After being promoted to Sergeant of Police, Frank was a Deputy Watch Commander in the Patrol Division, supervisor of the police department’s Operational Response Unit, and Deputy Bureau Commander of the Traffic Safety Unit.
Frank has been specifically trained in many areas of traffic safety including Vehicle Dynamics, Accident Reconstruction, LIDAR, BOSCH Data Technician, Motorcycle and Pedestrian Crash Investigation, Occupant Kinematics for the Traffic Reconstructionist, Interview and Interrogation, Vehicle Mechanical Inspection, Human Factors in Traffic Crash Reconstruction, and many other courses. Frank is also a Drug Recognition Expert as well as an instructor and was an Instructor at the Camden County Police Academy.
Frank has investigated or assisted in investigating numerous motor vehicle crashes, including minor motor vehicle crashes to fatal motor vehicle crashes. Frank has also been called upon to assist other police agencies with complex or serious motor vehicle crash investigations.
