Christina has conducted over 130 asbestos inspections, over 50 lead-based paint inspections, over 25 Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) inspections, and 10 hazardous material inspections during her six years of experience. Inspections were completed for city entities in the Hampton Roads area in addition to military installations in the same area. She has conducted many inspections for government entities as well as in private residences. In addition to her field work experience, she clearly and concisely represents results of those inspections and recommends control measures for damaged materials in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.1101, 29 CFR 1926.62, 29 CFR 1910.1001, and 29 CFR 1910. 1025, as applicable, as well as general control measures and removal methods for IAQ concerns. Christina also manages the monitoring of construction activities for a nationwide supermarket chain, providing recommendations on substances to monitor for, testing of those constituents during construction, and concise reporting on the results of testing.
