Mr. Sutton has over 20 years of project management experience in the environmental consulting industry serving a broad range of private and public sector clients. Mr. Sutton specialized in Indoor Air Quality and Industrial Hygiene with a focus on microbial evaluations, dust allergens and combustion by-products. Mr. Sutton has been involved in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has been involved on large complex insurance losses, including apartment complexes, hospitals, restaurants, and high-end residential and commercial projects. Most of his early Industrial Hygiene experience came from working in large office structures and corporate campuses in the southeast addressing employee volatile organic compound (VOC) related concerns.  He also has extensive experience conducting environmental compliance, auditing and EH&S program development for industrial facilities. His recent experience includes LEED air monitoring certification, air quality inspections, asbestos surveys, microbial evaluations, post remediation verifications, VOC inspections, combustible dust sampling, Legionella sampling, fire/smoke impact assessment and other hazardous materials management projects.
