Skot Penfold has over 20 years in the construction industry. He is an experienced project manager having overseen the successful repair and reinstatement of residential, multi-unit dwellings, commercial and heritage buildings. Skot was actively involved with the rebuild effort in Christchurch after the Canterbury earthquake and worked closely with a number of insurers in providing scopes, costings, settlement recommendations, and reinstatement solutions on a variety of projects.
