Ms. Decker is a Principal and National Client Manager in EFI’s Wilmington, Massachusetts office. With over 35 years of experience in the environmental consulting field, Ms. Decker is a seasoned client services contract manager. She has extensive experience managing long-term task order contracts for public and private sector clients, requiring the coordination and commitment of company resources and careful attention to specific client scopes of work and procedural requirements. She also manages select national real estate, industrial and government clients, managing the proposal process for multi-site projects requiring coordination with EFI’s 50 national offices and senior review for uniformity of client-specific reports.

Ms. Decker has a proven track record of on-time performance for client deliverables, responsive service and budget control. She has served as contract manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts DCAMM environmental services task order contract since its inception over 30 years ago and subsequently has managed the Operational Services Division environmental and engineering contracts PRF77 & PRF69 for 2 decades. Under these collective contracts, Ms. Decker has managed hundreds of projects for a wide variety of Commonwealth agencies and municipalities.
