Ms. Decker is a National Client Manager in EFI’s Wilmington, Massachusetts office.  With over 30 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting field, Ms. Decker is a seasoned business development professional and client service manager.   She has extensive experience managing long-term task order contracts for public and private sector clients, requiring the coordination and commitment of company resources and careful attention to specific client scopes of work and procedural requirements.  She also manages select national real estate, industrial clients and government client, managing the proposal process for multi-site portfolios requiring coordination with EFI’s 40 national offices and senior review for uniformity of client-specific reports.  Ms. Decker has a proven track record of on-time performance for client deliverables, responsive service and budget control.
