Professional Summary
After completing his studies as an M.Sc. in Geology, Vincent Lepere started working in 1998 as a soil remediation expert for the implementation and follow-up of soil investigations and soil remediation projects. In 2007, he co-founded and became director of Artemis Milieu, a type II certified soil remediation expert, which has been part of EFI Global Belgium since 2023.
Since then, Vincent Lepere has been head of the Environment department, which is responsible for soil investigations and remediation in Flanders, and head of the Diagnostics (fieldwork) and Graven (Grez-Doiceau) offices, which are responsible for services in the Brussels-Capital Region and the Walloon Region. Vincent Lepere is also active as a PPM manager for several cases and acts as a court expert for soil-related matters and as a landfill expert.

1994-1998 Ghent University: Master’s degree in Geology, specialising in hydrogeology
Thesis: Groundwater modelling of the Avelgem-Waarmaarde-Kerkhove water extraction site (in collaboration with V.M.W.)
