Scott Sayban is a court-recognized expert in collision reconstruction with over 38 years of experience. He has participated in more than 2,000 on-site collision investigations and reviewed hundreds of additional cases. His expertise includes advanced collision scene diagramming, utilizing 2D and 3D animation, Total Station mapping, 3D scanning, and photogrammetry.
Mr. Sayban’s investigative work spans a wide range of incidents involving trains, planes, helicopters, off-road vehicles, and all classes of road vehicles. He also brings significant experience in Workmen’s Compensation and fraud claim investigations. In addition to his fieldwork, Mr. Sayban is highly skilled in the collection and preservation of physical evidence. He has contributed to the design and execution of staged collision training scenarios and has taught courses on vehicle dynamics.
