Mr. Schaefer has over 35 years of experience in the environmental field specializing in the building sciences industry. He is a seasoned consultant serving a broad range of public and private sector clients in a variety of building types including hospitals, colleges, government facilities, commercial, industrial, residential and public utilities. Mr. Schaefer’s project management experience includes the evaluation, management and remediation oversight of asbestos containing materials, lead containing paint, mold, PCB’s in building materials and other hazardous materials related to building renovation and demolition activities. He has specialized expertise assisting building owners in the long-term management of hazardous materials in their buildings. With an extensive background serving both public and private clients, he understands the importance of adding value through prompt response and budget control.
