As a senior engineer, Ms. Bogdon is responsible for the forensic investigations of various types of structural facilities in commercial and residential buildings including foundation analysis, water intrusions, roof inspections, structural failures, and hurricane damages.  She is also responsible for facilities services including property condition assessments for lenders, sellers, and buyers of various types of commercial properties.  She is a registered professional engineer with experience in structural engineering and project management.

Ms. Bogdon’s professional career contains a broad background of structural engineering experience in the areas of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, research and development, and telecommunications as well as property condition assessments for facilities services.
