As a principal engineer, Ms. Bogdon is responsible for the forensic investigations of various types of structural facilities in commercial and residential buildings including foundation analysis, water intrusions, roof inspections, structural failures, hurricane damages, and slip/trip and fall incidents.  She is also responsible for facilities services including property condition assessments for lenders, sellers, and buyers of various types of commercial properties.  She is a registered professional engineer with experience in structural engineering and project management.
