Ms. Teliga has over 25 years of experience in structural and civil engineering design including the design of high-rise buildings, elevated golf cart tracks, subdivision development, residential, townhome, commercial, and industrial structural engineering projects. Her project experience encompasses a broad range of experience including; wind and seismic loadings, design of masonry walls, structural steel framing, reinforced concrete, pre and post-tensioned systems, tilt-up panels, wood framing, aluminum structures, asphalt, drainage, and various types of foundations.  She has an understanding of local, state, and federal building codes, and has worked with municipalities regarding design, evaluation, and implementation of infrastructures.  She has conducted forensic engineering investigations and testimony including roof evaluations, construction defect analysis, structural damage cause and origin, collapse evaluations, drainage evaluations, scope of damage and estimating, water-intrusion cause and origin, tile and wood flooring evaluations, vibration analysis, and foundation/settlement repair for commercial, industrial, and residential structures.
