Mr. Armstrong is a senior project manager with more than 15 years of experience in the environmental remediation and consulting field. His experience includes phase I and phase II environmental site assessments, including groundwater and soil investigations, UST removal, hazardous waste and soil removal with subsequent site restoration, and identifying a variety of hazardous building conditions to include sampling of asbestos, PCB, lead, mold, and clandestine drug lab sampling. His experience also includes performing OSHA safety audits, stormwater sampling, implementation of erosion control measures and SWPPP compliance while maintaining consistent contact with regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Mr. Armstrong also has significant experience in commercial construction and residential inspection, including substantial interaction with real estate professionals.
