Mr. Armstrong is a senior project manager with more than 18 years of experience in the environmental remediation and consulting field. His experience includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, groundwater and soil investigations, UST removals, and hazardous waste and soil removals with subsequent site restoration. He is also experienced in identifying hazardous building conditions, to include sampling for asbestos, PCBs, lead, mold, and clandestine drug lab sampling. His experience also includes performing industrial hygiene assessments for large loss insurance claims, OSHA safety audits, stormwater sampling, implementation of erosion control measures, and SWPPP compliance, all while maintaining consistent contact with regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Mr. Armstrong also has significant experience in commercial construction and residential inspections, which includes frequent interaction with real estate professionals.
