Mr. Armstrong is a senior project manager with more than 18 years of experience in the environmental remediation and consulting field. His experience includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, groundwater and soil investigations, UST removals, and hazardous waste and soil removals with subsequent site restoration. He is also experienced in identifying hazardous building conditions, to include sampling for asbestos, PCBs, lead, mold, and clandestine drug lab sampling.
