    Mr. Joe has more than 30 years of experience and performs asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, mold, and other facilities environmental related services. His duties include proposal preparation, conducting building surveys, preparation of plans and specifications, bidding, project coordination and supervision, contract administration, report preparation, and development of operations and maintenance programs. Mr. Joe’s key strengths are in assessment, design, planning, bidding and execution of abatement projects for commercial office structures, manufacturing facilities, healthcare facilities, retail shopping malls and hotel facilities.

    Mr. Joe has extensive experience in managing and performing the full scope of asbestos services. He has extensive experience in performing surveys of various types of facilities, involving commercial office structures, manufacturing facilities, educational and institutional facilities, medical facilities, apartment complexes, retail shopping mall facilities and hotel/motel facilities. His project management experience includes preparing bidding documents, plans and specifications, contract documents, Operations and Maintenance programs and providing management of abatement monitoring services on various abatement projects. He also has specific experience in fireproofing design submittal review and testing of fireproofing installations in association with abatement projects, as well as for new construction. He has successfully managed abatement projects in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, South Carolina and Alabama.

    Mr. Joe has managed and coordinated multiple lead paint surveys for a major client and others in various locations throughout the country. These surveys have included the use of both X-Ray Fluorescence analyzers and paint chip sampling with subsequent laboratory analysis. He has also assisted clients in developing and implementing lead paint testing programs for property acquisitions. Mr. Joe is familiar with EPA, HUD, and OSHA regulatory guidelines regarding lead-based paint and with the various techniques for lead paint sampling, wipe sampling and air sampling. He also has experience in preparing bidding documents, plans, specifications and contract documents for lead abatement projects.

    Mr. Joe has performed numerous indoor air quality and mold assessments, developed and designed mold remediation and HVAC system cleaning projects, developed recommendations for indoor air quality/mold remedial repairs and activities, and provided project management and oversight on various remediation and cleanup projects.
