Mr. Herbert has over 33 years of experience specializing in soil and groundwater assessments.  Mr. Herbert has extensive experience with assessments as part of property transactions ranging from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.  Mr. Herbert has a long history of interaction with state regulatory agencies on behalf of clients.  Mr. Herbert has extensive background in underground storage tanks (USTs).  Mr. Herbert has experience in designing UST systems, removing UST systems and remediation of soil and groundwater associated with releases from UST systems.
