Robert Rullan is a Senior Fire Investigator with EFI Global and is based in Central Florida. Mr. Rullan is a public safety professional with almost 20 years of experience in law enforcement and fire services. As a Public Safety Officer with the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety Mr. Rullan served as a police officer, firefighter, and EMT. During his tenure with Sunnyvale DPS Robert held specialty positions in the areas of fire investigations, fire prevention, crime scene investigations, hazardous materials, ladder truck operations, and heavy rescue. Mr. Rullan served on the Board of Directors of the California Conference of Arson Investigators and on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Arson Investigators. He is also a founding member of the Hispanic American Chapter of the IAAI.

Robert is a Certified Fire Investigator (IAAI), a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (NAFI) and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (NAFI). He is a Certified Instructor – Fire (CA OSFM – Office of State Fire Marshal) and a Certified Instructor Police Academy (CA POST – Peace Officer Standards and Training). He has taught fire investigation skills to police officers and fire investigators throughout the United States, Latin America, and in England.
