Robert Gates is an experienced environmental professional recognized by the state of California Department and of Public Health (CDPH), Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor (LIA) and the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) as a certified site surveillance technician (CSST). Mr. Gates has over 10 years’ experience working with clients and regulatory bodies to assess environmental conditions, developed plans to remove identified hazards, executed building surveys in accordance with regulatory standards, oversaw the removal of hazardous materials, performed clearance inspections of abatement work areas, and wrote final reports summarizing the project’s activities. Mr. Gates’s experience includes air indoor quality inspections, construction monitoring for noise and dust, and sampling for asbestos, lead, and other environmental hazards as well as regularly providing third party consulting services on behalf of private parties, and public agencies. Mr. Gates has become very well versed with the aviation work, safety, and environmental protocols, specifically at Los Angeles World Airports.
