Professional Summary
Since 1999, Mr. Veron has worked as a professional in the environmental consulting field. He has extensive experience working in the environmental investigation and consulting field, conducting historical and regulatory property research, and conducting environmental investigations. He meets the definition of an Environmental Professional (EP) as defined in the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) regulations. He assisted in the development, customization and utilization of a computerized database and geocoding system to aid in regulatory research, and he has produced thousands of environmental records research reports for various lending institutions, real estate professionals and individual clients. Mr. Veron is an experienced site inspector, subject interviewer, and document writer, and he has been conducting site inspections and preparing Environmental Site Assessment reports since 2004. Because of his experience, Mr. Veron is well versed in determining the access and availability of records and other documentation regarding environmental regulatory compliance at the federal, state and local levels.
