Mr. Veron has extensive experience in environmental investigation and regulatory compliance working as an environmental consultant. He is classified as an Environmental Professional (EP) under the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) All Appropriate Inquiry regulations, and as an Industrial Hygienist (IH) under American Industrial Hygiene Association’s (AIHA) Code of Ethics for the Practice of Industrial Hygiene guidelines. He is well-versed in historical and regulatory property research, environmental investigations, and site inspections, and he is a skilled report writer.

Mr. Veron is highly skilled in developing and utilizing computerized databases and geocoding systems to aid in regulatory research and has produced numerous environmental records research reports for lending institutions, real estate professionals, and individual clients. He has also worked as part of a team in responding to large and complex losses resulting from fire and flood events, to assess the extent and severity of damage caused to properties, and to help determine an appropriate course of action to restore the properties to pre-loss condition. He is able to leverage multiple utilities and technologies to aid in generating clear and concise reports for clients.

In addition to his expertise in site inspection and report writing, Mr. Veron has a proven track record in determining the access and availability of records and other documentation regarding environmental regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local levels. His wealth of knowledge and experience makes him a valuable asset to any environmental consulting project.

Mr. Veron received his Associate of Science degree in Forestry from Citrus College in Glendora, California, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources with an emphasis in Ecosystems Management from The University of Idaho in Moscow Idaho.
