Mr. Ciarlone is a Civil/Structural Engineer with experience structural design and forensic investigations. Mr. Ciarlone’s structural design experience includes industrial and commercial buildings incorporating the use of steel, concrete, CMU, and wood. Forensic experience includes roof inspections for wind and hail damage, water intrusion/leaks, wood and tile flooring damages, structural evaluations of fire and vehicular impact damage, and sinkhole investigations. His key strengths include the following:
