Mr. DePlato has a wide range of structural engineering, construction administration, and project management experience in a variety of industries including residential, commercial, industrial, power and delivery, and oil and gas. His experience in these various industries has developed strong verbal and written communication skills. He is experienced in the design of steel, reinforced concrete, timber, masonry, and cold form steel structures and their respective codes. Mr. DePlato also has extensive knowledge of building codes including the Internation Building Code (IBC), Internation Residential Code (IRC), and Minimum Design Loads and Associated Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures (ASCE-7).
