Mr. Lilien’s range of engineering experience is wide and deep.  He has worked as a forensic engineer, managing projects as varied as home and vehicle fires to product testing, evaluation, and investigation.  Mr. Lilien has spent considerable time at electric utilities working in construction project management, field and distribution operations, standards writing and design review.  While in manufacturing Mr. Lilien lead engineering teams, done considerable troubleshooting of product and testing issues, and product research, development and design.  Most recently Mr. Lilien has acted as an electrical engineering consultant for DEMSI, Inc. in a mediation case for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in New Orleans, LA.
