Ms. Foppiano is a project manager with more than 15 years of experience overseeing a broad range of regional and national accounts for EFI’s network of offices. She has experience managing a variety of multi-disciplinary services for EFI’s engineering and environmental services lines including structural, mechanical & fire protection engineering; hazardous materials management/industrial hygiene services and environmental spill response and regulatory compliance. She has demonstrated client management expertise in the oversight of client-specific scopes of work, adherence to contractual terms and conditions as well as budget and schedule control. Ms. Foppiano has a proven track record managing a varied base of clients from public sector agencies, commercial & multi-residential real estate owners/managers, manufacturing, insurance, architectural, engineering, construction, health care and education.

Project management experience includes coordination and staffing of personnel, vendors, and subcontractors on a per project basis, oversight of project schedules, supervision of personnel and subcontractors and catastrophe response team management. She analyzes, interprets, and reports on field data and laboratory results and reviews the work output of others to ensure quality control and assurance. Always seeking opportunities for process improvement, greater efficiency and cost control measures while still ensuring all work meets or exceeds client expectations, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
