Lawrence Lesniak, P.E. has worked for the past (4) years as a structural and forensic engineer. He has provided engineering services for: structural steel, masonry, and concrete footings for several new commercial buildings and additions; repair plans for distressed residential home foundations; helical pier foundation design; fire repair plans for wood framed residential and steel framed commercial properties. Forensic engineering projects have included: water intrusion; distresses to building foundations, brick veneers, wood and steel framing; a failed fire supersession system; and distress due to vibration due to construction activity.
