Lawrence Lesniak, P.E. has worked for the past (10) years as a structural and forensic engineer.  He has provided engineering services for: structural steel, masonry, and concrete footings for several new commercial buildings and additions; repair plans and modification plans for residential wood framed structures; repair plans for home foundations and basement walls; helical pier foundation design; fire repair plans for wood framed residential and steel framed commercial properties.  Forensic engineering projects have included: distresses to building foundations, brick veneers, wood, steel framing and masonry walls, and distress caused by vibration due to construction activity.
