Ms. Espinosa has six years of experience as a Volunteer Firefighter with expertise in training, inspection and testing of water-based fire protection systems, rescue, comprehensive management of fires and emergencies with hazardous materials, first aid and life support, co-coordinator of the HazMat response group, and member of the aquatic rescue group. She has 1+ years of professional experience as an Environmental Engineer with education in disaster risk management and air quality. Ms. Espinosa holds a master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Governance. Ms. Espinosa is a registered Professional Engineer in Colombia.
