Mr. Reynolds possesses extensive classroom training in fire investigation and boasts over two decades of meticulously documented experience as a fire origin and cause investigator. His career spans both public and private sectors, encompassing oversight and investigation of numerous fire and explosion incidents.

During his tenure at the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department, Mr. Reynolds served notably in the Fire Prevention Division, holding pivotal roles such as Fire and Explosion Investigator, Supervisor of Fire Prevention Public Education, Supervisor of Plan Review, and Hazardous Materials Coordinator. His responsibilities included collaborating with the Emergency Preparedness Division to enforce stringent city and state regulations concerning the reporting of hazardous substances at Extremely Hazardous Sites.

As a seasoned Fire Investigator within the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department, Mr. Reynolds conducted thorough examinations of residential and commercial fire scenes to determine their origin and cause. His investigations extended to complex incidents involving civilian fatalities, chemical explosions, and explosive devices.

Furthermore, Mr. Reynolds has contributed significantly to the professional development of his peers, delivering comprehensive fire investigation training programs within the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department and serving as a distinguished adjunct instructor for Florida State College’s Fire Science Degree program in Fire Science.
