Mr. Briggs has 26 years of experience in the fire service with over 10 years of experience conducting public fire investigations for the City of Grand Prairie, Tarrant County Fire/Arson Task Force, and the ATF.  Investigations included explosive incidents, structural, vehicular, wildland, and nuisance fires. He has extensive advanced training in law enforcement, fire and arson investigations, courtroom testimony, hazardous materials, firefighting tactics and strategy, and building construction.
