John VanMetre is a seasoned project manager in the environmental sector, bringing over a decade of experience as a senior environmental scientist, project manager, and environmental construction services manager. He has led and supported numerous Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, as well as dozens of remediation/mitigation projects, and several due diligence projects involving various regulatory agencies. Mr. VanMetre’s expertise includes all stages of environmental due diligence and environmental construction services, including subsurface investigation, remediation/mitigation, spill-response, methane testing, landfill gas monitoring and testing.
