    Mr. Nedley has over thirty-five years of experience in the inspection, evaluation, design and rehabilitation of structures. He has expertise in buildings, bridges, retaining walls, towers, and drainage systems and structures, and has worked with a wide range of materials, including steel, timber, masonry, and reinforced and prestressed concrete. Mr. Nedley evaluates residential and commercial buildings and retaining walls for failure due to improper design, defective fabrication and erection, settlement, vehicular impact, extreme weather events, excessive loading, and insect infestation, and he determines compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications, as well as conformity with industry standards of practice. Mr. Nedley has conducted evaluations within the following areas of expertise:
