Ms. Archacki has nearly 30 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. As a principal level consultant, she is responsible for a variety of tasks including client account management, project scope of work and budget oversight, technical guidance and management of staff. Ms. Archacki has managed numerous high-profile client accounts, providing clients with timely and cost-efficient services in response to their specific project needs. Her specialties include managing large scale renovation/demolition projects from initial survey through abatement, emergency response and catastrophic event management, indoor air quality/microbial consulting, developing client relationships, regulatory interaction and technical oversight. She is currently certified as a LEED Green Associate by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Green Building Certification Institute and holds certifications by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards as an Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner and Designer.
Ms. Archacki provides consulting services to a variety of private and public clients including architects, engineers, universities, schools K-12, hospitals, insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate developers, and others to ensure that environmental concerns are identified and properly managed as part of building renovation or demolition activity, for property acquisition or sale or for ongoing maintenance purposes.
