    Ms. Archacki has over 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry.  She is a skilled senior project manager, account manager and manager of technical staff.  She is responsible for a variety of tasks, including business development and client account management, project scope of work and budget oversight, technical guidance and management of field staff.  Ms. Archacki has managed numerous high-profile client accounts for decades, providing clients with timely and cost-efficient services in response to their specific project needs. Her specialties include managing large scale renovation/demolition projects from initial survey to abatement, working with clients, contractors and regulators, as needed.  She is currently certified as a LEED Green Associate by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Green Building Certification Institute and holds certifications by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards as an Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner and Designer.

    Ms. Archacki provides consulting services to various clients, including schools K-12, hospitals, universities, property managers, real estate developers, and other commercial clients to ensure that environmental concerns are identified and properly managed as part of building renovation or demolition activity, for property acquisition or sale or for ongoing maintenance purposes.   Ms. Archacki consults with building owners and provides budget estimates for the identification and remediation of asbestos-containing materials, lead paint, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) containing building materials and other hazardous building materials that may require special handling and disposal during planned renovation/demolition activity.  She provides asbestos response actions for schools as part of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) 3-year re-inspection process and has developed operations and maintenance (O&M) programs for hospitals, schools, and other commercial buildings.  Ms. Archacki is experienced in performing Phase I environmental site assessments in accordance with ASTM Standards, and has performed numerous due diligence inspections for asbestos, lead, and other hazardous/regulated building materials as part of the site acquisition process.  She interacts with building owners, their representatives, commercial tenants, school systems, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure efficient on-site operations and project management.
