Mr. Frank has worked in the Architectural/Engineering design Industry since 1997 and has been a structural engineer since 2003. He has structural design experience in wood, concrete, and steel construction from small residential renovations to sport stadiums. Mr. Frank has designed projects in Atlanta, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He also has experience in design, construction administration, and building assessments.
Mr. Frank’s construction related experience includes the International and BOCA building codes as well as the construction codes (current Editions): AISC Manual of Steel Construction; ACI 318 (Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete); ACI 530 (Building Code Requirements for Masonry Structures); ASCE 7 (Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Structures); Manual of Engineered Wood Construction; National Design Specifications (NDS) for Wood Construction.
Additionally, Mr. Frank has work experience with Insurers, Building Owners, Developers, Architects, General Contractors, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Federal/State/Local Authorities, Permitting Officials, and Construction Managers. Areas of expertise are:
