Mr. Pratt has been conducting fire investigations for over twenty-seven years. He has personally participated or been lead investigator for over 2500 fires. The investigations include large commercial and industrial fires, fatality fires, and multi-family and single family structure fires. Mr. Pratt has testified in Texas state court and Federal court in civil litigation matters.
