Mr. Reimers has more than 18 years of experience in project management, property condition assessments, roof consulting and construction monitoring. Mr. Reimers has completed over 500 property condition assessments, roof assessments and construction monitoring projects of individual or portfolio properties including office, industrial, hospitality, recreational, multi-family, medical office, assisted living and skilled nursing, entertainment, retail, self-storage, warehousing, manufacturing and public sector.  

As senior project manager of the property condition assessment group for the Houston office, Mr. Reimers works with professional personnel and performs forensic investigation on commercial buildings and provides oversight on new commercial construction projects.

During Mr. Reimers’s property assessment career, he has been involved with real estate transactions working with REITs, Insurance Companies, Mortgage Brokers, and National and Regional Banks.
