Mr. Smith is a Texas Department of Health licensed Individual Asbestos Consultant and performs all aspects of asbestos consulting project management.  His responsibilities include conducting asbestos surveys, interpreting survey results, designing asbestos abatement projects, and contract document preparation.   Additional responsibilities include project management of lead-based paint surveys, abatement monitoring, mold assessments. comprehensive indoor air quality investigations, and Phase I/II environmental site assessments.  Mr. Smith also has experience in building envelope evaluations and in providing insurance support.
