Mr. Phanse currently works in the Houston office on forensic engineering investigations of various types of building structures. He is proficient in the analysis and design of the structural components of buildings and has familiarity with different building materials such as wood, masonry, concrete and steel. Previously, he has worked on the analysis and design of commercial and residential buildings for gravity and lateral loading using the provisions of building codes and standards. He also has performed seismic and wind loading analysis/certifications for HVAC and MEP equipment. His expertise includes the following areas:
