Mr. Mills is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states and has over 15 years of engineering experience. Mr. Mills began his career providing engineering services for the heavy machinery industry, including power and cement plants, and heavy movable structures. He has prepared designs for mechanical systems, including hydraulic and power transmission machinery, and has performed stress analysis and machinery loading calculations. Mr. Mills provided on-site technical support and troubleshooting during the installation and commissioning of new and rehabilitated machinery. He has also performed hundreds of inspections and testing of various machinery systems.

Mr. Mills utilized his past engineering and hands-on experience when entering the forensic engineering field. Mr. Mills has experience conducting loss investigations and providing consulting services on the topics of mechanical and fire protection engineering. Mr. Mills’ expertise include, but are not limited to:
