Ms. Alexandra Garcia has been in the environmental industry since 2022. Ms. Garcia conducts historical research and works with regulatory bodies to investigate historical and current uses of properties as part of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. Ms. Garcia’s experience includes management of all stages of environmental projects, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Limited Environmental Site Assessments, Records Search with Risk Assessments, Database and Document Reviews, client-specific reports and proposal preparation.
