Mr. Sutton is a seasoned project manager with over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, adept at serving a diverse array of private and public sector clients. He specializes in Indoor Air Quality and Industrial Hygiene, focusing on microbial evaluations, dust allergens, and combustion by-products. Throughout his career, Mr. Sutton has managed numerous major loss assignments across the United States, including complex insurance losses for apartment complexes, hospitals, restaurants, and high-end residential and commercial projects. His early experience in Industrial Hygiene involved addressing volatile organic compound (VOC) concerns in large office structures and corporate campuses in the Southeast. Additionally, Mr. Sutton has extensive expertise in environmental compliance, auditing, and EH&S program development for industrial facilities. His recent work includes LEED air monitoring certification, air quality inspections, asbestos surveys, microbial evaluations, post-remediation verifications, VOC inspections, combustible dust sampling, Legionella sampling, fire/smoke impact assessments, and hazardous materials management projects.
