Mr. Skridulis is a Senior Environmental Advisor and Project Manager in the Rocky Mountain Region with over 17 years of experience in the management and implementation of environmental due diligence, site assessment, remediation of impacted soil, groundwater, and soil vapor, and a demonstrated track record in driving complex site investigation and environmental remediation projects to regulatory agency closure. He holds a varied and extensive history in assessing environmental conditions, evaluating environmental liability and risk, development of corrective action plans, and executing the proposed resolutions.  He has served as the direct point contact and liaison with and between responsible parties, site owners and potential purchasers, environmental risk management representatives, attorneys at law, regulatory agencies, and subject matter experts. He has extensive experience understanding the environmental challenges of private and public clientele. Mr. Skridulis is familiar with navigating environmental concerns for clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to developers; lenders; commercial real estate; city and county municipal; State and Federal; housing authority; oil and gas; builders and general contractors. 

Mr. Skridulis is competent with investigation and remediation of petroleum products and chlorinated solvents; navigation of State and Federal regulatory programs; vapor intrusion studies and mitigation; solid waste remediation; construction site impacted media management; mentoring and management of Project Managers, junior staff, and field crews; proposal and cost estimating, work plan and sampling plan development, and report preparation. He has been responsible for managing multiple State of Colorado and Wyoming Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP/VRP), state lead, and reimbursable projects; assessment and implementation of various mitigation and remedial strategies; development of Economic Feasibility Summaries, scheduling and completing field work for soil and groundwater remediation projects, site investigations, and site closure.
