De heer Nadboralski heeft meer dan 21 jaar ervaring bij de brandweer. Sinds 2018 heeft de heer Nadboralski meer dan 700 branden onderzocht als zowel openbaar als particulier onderzoeker. Deze incidenten hadden betrekking op voertuigen, machines, commerciële gebouwen en woningen.

De heer Nadboralski is een gecertificeerd brandonderzoeker via de International Association of Arson Investigators en voldoet aan de National Board for Fire Service Professional Qualifications van NFPA 1033. Hij heeft ook een certificaat behaald als brand- en explosievenonderzoeker via de National Association of Fire Investigators.
