Mr. Crowley is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and a retired Deputy Fire Marshal/ firefighter with over sixteen years of Fire Service experience With the City of Norwich, CT Fire Department. Eleven years was in fire suppression and five years was directly involved in fire and explosion incident investigations.  Mr. Crowley has investigated over 275 fire scenes that have involved commercial and residential properties.  Mr. Crowley has worked with Local, State and Federal agencies on IED’S, arson and fatality investigations.
