Mr. Brumley is a licensed professional engineer in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has been involved with various aspects of the engineering field since 1984. He draws on his experience as a Senior VP of an Architectural/Engineering firm, FDOT facility engineer, FDOT bridge design engineer, and project manager of developments throughout the United States and Caribbean. In 1994 Mr. Brumley founded a civil/structural/investigative engineering firm. The firm was engaged in numerous aspects of design, management, and investigation of a wide range of projects including:
